Technical Specifications:
Performs simoultanously filling, folio sealing, lid sealing, screwing the cap (lid)and labelling operation on the rotative system. Although our machine effects so many operations for operating it two workers is sufficent. No qualified personnel is requested. Our machine is PLC controlled and capacity.
*The grammage of filling is standart and the grammage is regulated by digital electronic system.
*The cap is put on the box aoutomatically by the help of cap carrying elevator.And the cap is screwed by the help of piston.
*When the photocell sees the box it starts labelling, if it does not see it doesn't start labelling.
*Machine is surrounded with safety panel.
*Safety panel covering will be transparent
*Two(2) stars and two(2)heads will be given by manufacturer
*The program will be loaded in English.
