WORKING PRINCIPLE
1- PLC System digital touch screen.
2- For the blade regulation you should tum the regulation hand
to right or left which exists on the right side of the
machine.You can do that regulation even the machine is
working.
3- Chin(jaw)designs can be done desired type.Notch blade is
in the chin.Chin (jaw)resistance is 48 watt.
4- Extemal (outer)engine is step engine.If there is not any
problem or error on photocell ıt is impossibble to cut from the
prints.
5- Pocket sizes work from 6*6 to 13*13 on all the sizes
(6x6 - 6x8 - 6x10 - 7x10 - 7x12 - 7x13 etc...).Automatic
stop-move order is enough to enter the desired amount of
package.When the machine reaches the desired amount it
stops automatically and for the next package ıt starts
automatically also.
6- Tacometer shows the product number every 60 seconds.
7- Nonwoven pulling engine is servo.All the nonwoven group is
moving by the help of handle which exists front side of the
machine.Nonwoven sizes between 18*20 and 18*11.You can
regulate the nonwoven size to the desired size.Never gives
empty product.If any empty product shows up the machine
tums off automatically.
8- The capacity of the machine is 75-85 pieces/minute.
9- If any problem exists on PLC program you can interfere from
internet.
